demographic information, purchases, auction activity and

internet address, known as an IP Address, when you visit our

TDS

Information it collects about you to with third parties
outside of the TDS without your permission except as noted
in the previous section. However, TDS may disclose Personal
Identifiable Information if required to do so by law or in
the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1)
protect and defend TDS's rights or property, or (2) act in
urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of TDS
users, our Website, or the public.
We may
use third parties to help us operate our Website and deliver
our products and services, and may share Personal
Identifiable Information with affiliates, service providers
and other third parties to provide products and services for
or through this Website.

The Security of Your Information
TDS
will take reasonable steps to protect the security of all
Personal Identifiable Information provided to this Website.
However, due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we
cannot guarantee that information, during transmission or
while stored on our system or otherwise in our care, will be
absolutely safe from intrusion by others. TDS operates
secure data networks protected by industry standard firewall
and password protection systems. Our security and Privacy
policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary
and only authorized individuals have access to the
information provided by our customers. TDS protects the
security of your information during transmission by are
encrypted by VeriSign w/ "VeriSign Class 3 Extended
Validation SSL" certification. The connection encryption is
at least "TLS 1.0, RC4 with 128 bit encryption (High); RSA
with 1024 bit exchange". Credit card information stored
electronically is only accessible by authorized individuals.
It is stored encrypted in our databases which are also
secured and only authorized individuals have access to those
servers. We will have no liability for disclosure of your
information due to errors or unauthorized acts of third
parties during or after transmission.
VI.
Email
TDS
seeks to avoid sending unsolicited bulk email (spam). TDS
sends email messages to customers who have provided us with
their email address and have elected to receive mailings. If
you opt out of promotional emails, TDS may still send email
messages related to your purchase of products or services.

Legally Compelled Disclosures
We may
disclose user information to government authorities, and to
other third parties when compelled to do so by government
authorities, at our discretion, or otherwise as required or
permitted by law, including but not limited to in response
